Project Overview
We successfully implemented an efficient on-grid solar system and carried out a comprehensive maintenance and upgrade of an existing 96V 30kVA solar installation for a residential client. The project involved correcting connection faults, optimizing system performance, and extending battery life through expert restoration and component upgrades. The new setup delivers consistent energy backup, reduces electricity costs, and minimizes grid dependence—providing clean, sustainable power to support essential household operations.
Scope of Work
- Complete re-installation and reconfiguration of battery components
- Electrolyte refill and distilled water top-up for all batteries
- Introduced busbar for proper current distribution and charge equalization
- Upgraded charge controller to support system load and panel input

- 32 x 12V Tubular Batteries
- 2 x 15kVA 96V Inverter Systems
- 1 x Upgraded Charge Controller (to handle 40 x 350Wp Mono Panels)
